Danielle Hausberg and Josh Bleiweis were summer camp sweethearts. At age 13, Danielle, inspired by her Canadian mom, decided to depart her hometown of Los Angeles and expend her school split in the distant Ontario wilderness at Camp White Pine. Her fellow camper? A floppy-haired, adventurous boy from Toronto named Josh. In excess of swimming, rock climbing, and s’mores, a teen romance blossomed—and lasted significantly outside of their assigned session.
